How do I submit my completed application?

Applications can be faxed/e-mailed*, mailed, or dropped off at the Leasing Office.

* If you decide to fax or e-mail us your rental application, please make sure to mail us the hard copy the following day (for our records) along with your application fee of $50.00.

If I plan to move into an apartment with a friend, sibling or spouse, do I need to fill out a rental application?

If approved, what’s next?

You will be contacted by our staff to arrange a date and time to meet with our Rental Manager to pay your first month’s rent, security deposit, sign your twelve month lease and receive your apartment keys.

Prior to meeting with our Rental Manager please make sure to have your two Money Orders or Cashier’s Checks ready (both payable to The Edward Tiffey Company): the first for your first month’s rent and the second for your security deposit ($600.00 for a 1-bedroom, $800.00 for a 2-bedroom apartment).

Note: Co-signer's for student applicants will need to provide a security deposit equal to first month's rent.

Once these items are received, you can sign your lease and move into your new apartment home.

Are Laundry facilities available?

Yes. Coin operated laundry facilities ($1.50/load) are available on the lower level of each of the apartment buildings.  

Is Air Conditioning provided?

Air conditioning is optional. If you choose to bring in an A/C unit, there is an additional rent of $260.00 for 1-bedroom units only. Note: This is a one-time fee, not a monthly fee. This fee covers from mid-May to the end of September. This rate will be pro-rated when necessary.

This amount covers the use of the A/C unit for the months of May through September. When necessary, this amount is pro-rated to reflect the lease terms. Casement size window units can be found at Lowes, Home Depot or Sears.  (If you plan to purchase a Casement size A/C unit, make sure it has no more than 8,000 BTUs)
